It was great value for money, the staff were helpful and attentive when spoken to, the in house entertainment was excellent - we stayed all the way through Inpulse's act even though we just stopped in. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were lovely.

This was a brilliant site, well maintained and the facilities were second to none.
The staff were always helpful, they were always jolly. The food and service at the local club were brilliant and good value for money. The entertainment, catered for all ages. There were lots of things for children, park and swimming. The location was great and the views spectacular. Access to the site and surrounding area was very good.

A fabulous location - Charmouth beach is idyllic and only a short walk away. Good daytime activities for children, in particular the magican, the majorette session and the pottery painting session were extremely popular and well done.

Since returning from our holiday in Newlands I have already recommended the park to friends and family. Even though we had booked the basic caravan, it was exceptionally clean, tidy, and had plenty of room for a family of 5. The park was very well maintained, the pools were clean, the entertainment was great and the staff were very friendly.

I would definitely recommend this park, it is convinient to nearby beaches, the caravan was clean, bright and spacious and the facilities on site were excellent. We had a very enjoyable holiday and will be returning again!

An excellent location for touring East Devon and the surrounding area. A good choice of accommodation, and a friendly, peaceful park with wonderful views over surrounding countryside, yet within minutes of reaching major roads. Good amenities and facilities, and it was great occupying a caravan with heating throughout if one required it. Our holiday overall was excellent value for money and we will certainly return in the near future!
